2. How to get the hands through the proper slot to attain consistent contact and power

As with any other sport, baseball training and strength exercises are a vital part of competitive success. Our strength and agility training programs are designed to help players meet the physical requirements necessary to perform to their full potential. Given the nature of the sport, with premiums placed on speed and agility, an effective physical training program should be an essential component to any competitive player's preparation.
