We are looking to add players or teams in these age groups.  FCB competes in highly competitive tournaments and travels to the top venues on the east coast.

Player’s that attend the tryout should dress like a baseball player and expect to participate in a workout that consists of running evaluations, INF/OF drills, catcher POP times, batting practice and pitcher bullpen sessions.

We are looking to add exceptional players to our program that perform at a high level on the field and in the classroom.  Any selected players can expect access to winter workouts at our indoor facility. Our teams compete at the local and regional level visiting some the of top venues in the country.

BASEBALL HITTING CLINICS- Ages 8-12

These 4-week sessions will focus on the mechanics and fundamentals of the baseball swing, while maximizing repetitions through hitting drills and live pitching to enforce muscle memory.  Participants will learn the proper stance and set-up; load, stride and separation techniques; creating better timing and improving bat speed.  

Learn the art of hitting and build the confidence you need to take your game to the next level!

BASEBALL PITCHER’S AND CATCHER’S CLINIC-
Ages 8-12

Pitchers will learn the proper mechanics of the pitching delivery as well as grips and the defensive responsibilities of the position.  

Catchers identify proper stances, receiving and blocking techniques, improving transfer and pop times, and more!

BASEBALL INFIELDER’S CLINIC with Coach Wyatt Miles
Ages 8-12

Improve your fielding skills with Wyatt!  These workouts will improve your glove and footwork, double-play feeds and turns, tags and force plays, slow-rollers, throwing techniques and much more!

Wyatt played high school baseball at Woodgrove where he was a 4yr varsity player and graduated in 2020.  He then started his college baseball career at Frederick Community College and led his team to back-to-back Juco World Series appearances. Wyatt just completed his career at Shepherd University where he was a three-year-starter as an infielder. Wyatt has also competed with the Purcellville Cannons in the prestigious Valley League and played travel ball for Fielder’s Choice Baseball.

Coach Bauer’s 7th-9th Grade Baseball Hitting Clinic 

Join LVHS Asst. Coach and FCB Head Coach, Mark Bauer, for this four-week hitting clinic designed for players interested in playing in high school. Learn the techniques and fundamentals stressed at the high school level to improve contact, bat speed and power production.

Camp & Clinic Refund Policy

Fielder’s Choice offers a full refund for cancelations made more than two weeks prior to the event.  Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start date will result in a credit toward any other camp or clinic at Fielder’s Choice.  No exceptions or transfers.  There are no make-ups, credits, or refunds due to player absences or cancellations after the event begins. We will make every effort to reschedule, but cannot guarantee that weather related interruptions or closures will result in a make-up.  Fielder’s Choice reserves the right to cancel each event.
